Chaitanyalila Kelsey, a 32-year-old white male from Atlanta, GA, was tragically killed on March 14, 2015, in a double shooting incident in the Little Five Points area of Atlanta. The incident occurred behind The Vortex Bar & Grill on Moreland Avenue. Kelsey and another victim, Joseph Hruska, 33, were found shot to death in the early hours of the morning. The circumstances surrounding their deaths were initially unclear, with no apparent motive identified by the police at the time.
