Louis Zaglin, a 53-year-old Caucasian male, tragically lost his life on January 29, 1978, in Atlanta, Georgia. On that fateful day, Louis was at a flea market located at 2424 Piedmont Road NE. While there, he noticed a black male inside his parked van. As Louis approached the van, the suspect shot him and fled the scene. This incident left the community in shock and marked the beginning of a complex investigation into his murder.
