In the summer of 1987, the life of John Austin 'Johnny Mac' Macomber Jr., a 36-year-old white male, was tragically cut short in Atlanta, Georgia. On the night of July 31st, Macomber was found shot and killed inside the Five Paces Inn, the Buckhead bar where he was a well-known and popular manager.
