Anthony Crawford, a 16-year-old African American male from Savannah, GA, tragically lost his life on May 19, 2015. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at the Fred Wessels Homes, a public housing complex. According to reports, Anthony was found on the sidewalk of an apartment complex at Burney Drive and East Oglethorpe Avenue after a ShotSpotter alert prompted Downtown Precinct patrol officers to respond.
