Rasheen M. Adkins, a 22-year-old African American man from Savannah, Georgia, was fatally shot on the night of April 5, 2025. According to the Savannah Police Department, officers responded to reports of gunfire near the 800 block of Tatem Street around 10:45 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Mr. Adkins with life-threatening injuries.
