In the early morning hours of Monday, June 15, 2015, the life of Timothy Hal Cartee, a 48-year-old male from Statesboro, Georgia, was tragically cut short. The incident unfolded at the Flash Car Wash on Fair Road, where Cartee was discovered beside his vehicle. Statesboro police were called to the scene around 8 a.m. and found him unresponsive.
