Stephen Richard Ebeling, a 40-year-old white male, was found dead on December 4, 2021, on the front porch of his residence in Statesboro, Georgia. The Bulloch County Sheriff's Office responded to a call from a neighbor reporting a shooting at 251 JM Royal Lane. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Stephen Ebeling deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.
