Bertha Garner Douglas Frye, a 76-year-old woman from Carthage, North Carolina, tragically passed away on February 11, 2010. She was born on December 22, 1933, in Moore County, North Carolina, to James Alexander Garner and Virgie Ritter Garner. Bertha was preceded in death by her brothers Dock Layne Jr. and Gary Garner.
