Lastarza Thomas, a 23-year-old African American male, was found dead on July 9, 2015, in Atlanta, Georgia. His body was discovered near the intersection of Garibaldi and Gardner streets in southwest Atlanta. According to the Fulton County Medical Examiner's office, Thomas was shot to death and his body was dumped from a vehicle.
