Kevin Middleton Dial, a 36-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on July 29, 1999, in Atlanta, Georgia. Kevin was one of the victims of a mass shooting carried out by Mark Orrin Barton, a 44-year-old day trader. Barton went on a shooting spree at two stock-trading firms, killing nine people, including Kevin, before taking his own life as police closed in on him. Kevin was an office manager for Houston-based Momentum Securities and was working at the time of the attack.
