In the early morning hours of a summer Saturday in Morrow, Georgia, tragedy struck at a local establishment, forever altering the lives of those present. On August 8, 2015, Reginald Foster, a 29-year-old man, was inside Ms. Jack's Place on Maddox Road when a violent encounter cut his life short. Shortly before 3 a.m., the sound of a gunshot pierced the bar's atmosphere. Foster was shot and subsequently rushed to Southern Regional Hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
