In the late hours of a Monday evening, the quiet of the Southwood Apartments on Trammell Road in Morrow, Georgia, was broken by the sound of gunfire. On February 18, 2019, Clayton County police received a 911 call around 11 p.m. from a resident reporting what they believed to be gunshots.
