Ty’Ron Davis, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on November 9, 2015, at the Clayton Station Apartments located at Clayton State University in Morrow, Georgia. The incident occurred around 8:15 p.m. when the Department of Public Safety at Clayton State University responded to a 911 call reporting gunshots at the location.
