Carnell Saintville, a 19-year-old African American male from Cordele, Georgia, tragically lost his life on September 6, 2015. Carnell was known for his vibrant personality and was actively involved in his community and school activities. He attended Amos P. Godby High School in Tallahassee, Florida, where he participated in the Air Force JROTC program and achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant.
