Jacal Jacob Allen, a 22-year-old man from El Paso, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on October 28, 2021, in the parking lot of a McDonald's in West El Paso. Allen was involved in a drug deal that turned deadly when he was shot multiple times by two men, Tranquil Jovan Card and Robron Lewis, who were attempting to steal ten pounds of marijuana from him.
