Jacarro Lamont Odom, a 35-year-old African American male from Cordele, Georgia, tragically lost his life on August 23, 2017. His death was part of a double homicide that also claimed the life of Shaquaveon M. Felder, a 24-year-old male from the same area. The incident occurred on West 15th Avenue in Cordele, where both victims were fatally shot.
