Frank William Wilson, a 24-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 18, 2015, in Savannah, Georgia. The incident occurred in the early hours at City Market, a popular area in Savannah. Wilson was shot eight times, with most of the shots entering from behind, indicating a deliberate and premeditated attack.
