Shawn Rhinehart, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on October 8, 2017, in Savannah, Georgia. The incident occurred on Betty Drive, where Rhinehart was found with life-threatening injuries. Despite the efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
