Joshua Brett Holbert, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Odessa, Texas, tragically lost his life on June 6, 2021. Joshua was born on August 31, 1998, and graduated from Permian High School in 2016. He worked as a general laborer and was well-loved by his family and friends.
