On July 8, 2023, at approximately 6:18 p.m., Ector County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a call at 2614 West 56th Street in Odessa, Texas. Upon arrival, they discovered 35-year-old Europe "Von Crow" Brynteson deceased from a single gunshot wound to the head.
Witnesses reported that an older woman with spiky purple hair and a man named "Nick" had arrived at the location, engaged in a heated argument with Brynteson, and fled the scene immediately after a gunshot was heard.
