In the closing hours of 2019, a dispute between two men in Savannah, Georgia, escalated to a fatal encounter, leaving one man dead and another facing a lifetime behind bars. The victim was identified as 28-year-old Tommy Frazier. On Tuesday, December 31, 2019, Frazier was at the Hitch Village Housing Community where he was confronted by Harry Pinckney.
