In a heart-wrenching incident in Atlanta, Georgia, a cheerful and bright 6-year-old girl named Ja'Mecca Smith lost her life in what police have described as a tragic accident. The young girl, who was a first-grade honor roll student known for her love of 'Frozen' and a gap-toothed smile, was the youngest of seven children.
