Chiemere Poole, a 33-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on August 24, 2021, in southeast Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred during a domestic dispute involving another woman, Andrea Rivers, and the father of Rivers' child. The altercation escalated, resulting in Rivers shooting Poole.
