In a tragic turn of events that unfolded in south Macon, a young man lost his life in a dispute that spiraled out of control. Tarus Fair, a 24-year-old male, was fatally shot on March 19, 2016. The incident that led to his untimely death began as a verbal argument that quickly escalated into a physical altercation and ultimately, a deadly exchange of gunfire.
