Cedric Recardo Patrick Jr., a 21-year-old African American male from Macon, Georgia, tragically lost his life on February 28, 2014. The incident occurred when Cedric was accidentally shot by his cousin, Dominick Kantrel Howell, while they were sitting in a parked car.
