In the fading daylight of a Tuesday evening in Macon, Georgia, the life of 25-year-old Lewis Frazier III was cut short by gunfire. On October 8, 2019, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Frazier was on Wren Avenue when an altercation broke out, leading to a fatal shooting. He was a Black male. When Bibb County sheriff's deputies arrived at the 1700 block of the street, they found Frazier with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
