Larry Grigsby, a 42-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 31, 2016, in Austell, Georgia. On the evening of his death, Larry was visiting friends at an apartment complex in Austell. As he was leaving, he loaded his two young children into the backseat of his car and began to drive towards the exit.
