Kendra Roberts, a 27-year-old African American woman, was found dead on August 7, 2016, on the side of Riverside Drive near the River Walk Apartments in Macon, Georgia. She had been shot to death, and her body was discovered on a Sunday morning. The initial investigation led to the arrest of her boyfriend, Daniel Hall, who was 22 years old at the time.
