Black/African American male Jason Young, age 33, was shot and killed on the night of September 30, 2016, in Sylvania, Georgia. Neighbors along Hull Street reported hearing gunfire, and responding officers found the 33-year-old male in the carport of a house, mortally wounded; he died within minutes.
