Roderick Denzell Jenkins, a 29-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 25, 2022, in Sylvania, Georgia. On that fateful day, around noon, the Screven County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 call reporting shots fired on Friendship Road. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered Jenkins had been shot.
