In the small town of Sylvania, Georgia, a domestic disturbance escalated into a tragedy on Saturday, May 11, 2024, ending the life of 32-year-old Alan Brandan Lane. A native of Screven County, he was a man known for his mechanical intuition and as a loving father to his two children. He had built a life for himself as the owner of Superior Roofing Company after training as a welder and working as a union ironworker.
