Jimmy Scott Hendrix, a 52-year-old white male, passed away on October 6, 2016, in Cumming, Georgia. His death was the result of a tragic incident involving his former roommate, Christopher Puckett. On the afternoon of October 6, 2016, Forsyth County sheriff's deputies responded to a call at the 5400 block of Memphis Street in northwest Forsyth County.
