Curtis Oldham, a 21-year-old African American male from Lawrenceville, GA, was found shot to death in the parking lot of a daycare facility in Lilburn, GA, on December 17, 2016. The incident occurred around 3:41 p.m. when Gwinnett County Police were called to the scene at Childtime of Lilburn on Darling Court.
