Chris Ervin, a 33-year-old African American male from Stone Mountain, GA, tragically lost his life on June 5, 2017, in a road-rage incident on Interstate 285 near Decatur, GA. The incident occurred after a minor collision during rush hour traffic. According to reports, Chris Ervin's Lexus was rear-ended by a truck driven by Johnnie Hudson, a 39-year-old male from Decatur. As Chris Ervin exited his vehicle to approach Hudson's truck, Hudson shot him in the upper torso, resulting in Ervin's death.
