Arthur "Archie" Eversole, a 37-year-old African American male, was a well-known rapper best recognized for his 2002 hit "We Ready." On March 25, 2022, Eversole was found with a gunshot wound at a Chevron gas station in Decatur, Georgia. He was subsequently taken to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on April 3, 2022.
