Jontavian Davis, a 36-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed in Griffin, Georgia, on June 17, 2017. The incident occurred shortly after 1 a.m. at 828 Scales Street. According to reports, Davis was shot multiple times with a handgun. The Griffin Police Department quickly launched an investigation into the shooting, which led to the arrest of Vonterryon J.
