Uylesis Marvin Brown, a 24-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 22, 2017, in Monroe, Georgia. The incident occurred near Wheel House Lane, where Brown was found with a gunshot wound to his chest. Despite being transported to Clearview Regional Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. The Monroe Police Department responded to the scene shortly after noon on that fateful Thursday, initiating an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
