On a Father's Day in Macon, Georgia, 57-year-old Emmanuel Stroud Sr. was in his mother's kitchen cooking dinner when he stepped outside, telling her he would be right back. He never returned. His daughter reported him missing on June 18, 2017. Less than a month later, his remains were discovered by a crew working on power lines in an alley in the 3500 block of Clark Street.
