Shaquaveon M. Felder, a 24-year-old African American male from Cordele, Georgia, tragically lost his life on August 23, 2017. Felder, who was affectionately known as "Qua," was one of the victims in a double homicide that occurred on W 15th Avenue in Cordele. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation identified Shaquaveon M. Felder and Jacrro L. Odom, 35, also of Cordele, as the individuals who died in the shooting incident that evening.
