Carl Edward Kaiser, a 51-year-old white male, was tragically shot and killed on August 26, 2017, in Adel, Georgia. The incident occurred in the afternoon on South Oak Street, where Carl and his 46-year-old brother, Bobby L. Kaiser, were both shot.
