Death by Force

On December 31, 2019, Quinten Payne, a 34-year-old African American male, was found deceased with gunshot wounds in Adel, Georgia. The incident occurred in the vicinity of 305 North Adams Street, where officers from the Adel Police Department responded to a 911 call reporting a shooting.
