Matthew Grant, a 28-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on January 29, 2018, outside the Lumpkin Park apartment complex in Columbus, Georgia. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:50 a.m., when police were called to the scene at 3351 North Lumpkin Road.
