Paul Lokey, a 50-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 25, 2021, in Columbus, Georgia. Lokey had recently started working as a cab driver and was on his first solo shift when the incident occurred. On that fateful day, three individuals, including 16-year-old Javeon Stephens, entered Lokey's cab.
