Wolf Valmond, a 37-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on December 15, 2019, in Saint Simons Island, Georgia. Valmond, who was a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) trainee, was involved in an altercation at Rafters, a bar located at 315 Mallery Street.
