Parmjit Singh, a 44-year-old Indian-American man, was tragically killed on February 6, 2018, during an armed robbery at his store, the Hi Tech Quick Stop, located on Burnett Ferry Road in Rome, Georgia. Singh, a father of two, sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Floyd County coroner.
