Brian P. "Bubba" Bowling, a 15-year-old white male, tragically died on October 18, 1996, in Rome, Georgia. The circumstances surrounding his death were initially reported as a result of a game of Russian roulette. On that fateful night, Brian was in his bedroom at his parents' trailer home, accompanied by his best friend, Cain Joshua Storey.
