Sincere Javier Estrada Lopez, a 16-year-old male from Rome, Georgia, tragically lost his life on June 1, 2020. The young African American male was fatally shot on a Monday evening around 7 pm. Despite first aid efforts, he was pronounced deceased by the coroner. The incident occurred on Grady Avenue, and the investigation was immediately launched by the Rome Police Department.
