In the late hours of a Friday night in Rome, Georgia, the life of 21-year-old Kahtravious Jermaine Montgomery, known to his friends and family as 'Tra,' was tragically cut short. On October 14, 2016, at approximately 11:27 p.m., emergency services received a call about a shooting on Roseway Circle. When police arrived, they found Montgomery lying in the front yard of a residence, suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest.
