Kardell Sneed, a 20-year-old male, was found suffering from gunshot wounds on the evening of April 28, 2018. The incident occurred in the 2100 block of Louisiana Avenue, where police responded to a ShotSpotter notification around 9 p.m.
Emergency services transported Sneed to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
Despite their efforts, he ultimately succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. At the time of the initial reports, the circumstances surrounding the shooting remained unclear, and authorities had not publicly identified any suspects or made any arrests in connection with the homicide.
