Kardell Tyree Sneed, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 28, 2018, in Savannah, Georgia. The incident occurred near Louisiana and Ohio Avenue, where Savannah Police responded to a ShotSpotter call around 9 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Kardell Sneed suffering from a gunshot wound.
