On July 26, 2015, Joseph Johnson was found deceased on the side of Dallas County Road 209 and Alabama Highway 14 after an apparent hit-and-run. “My whole world has been ripped and turned upside down,” said Leighea Johnson, Joseph’s mother. “It is hard to breathe.
